Houston-based Braun Enterprises unveiled plans to put its new brand of urban office space at its 2522 Yale redevelopment in the Heights. Additionally, F45 Training has signed up as a second retail tenant in the project.
F45 Training will occupy 3,000 square feet in a new fitness studio adjoining Bishops salon. Braun Enterprises is building out the space and will deliver it to tenants by October.
Braun's second-floor office space, dubbed Urban Office by Braun Enterprises, will have one to four office suites with shared amenities such as a conference room and coffee bar.
Braun launched the concept at 535 W. 20th on top of Sola Salon and plans to incorporate it in other projects, said director of leasing Zach Wolf.
Sage Klement with Streetwise represented F45 Training in the lease. It will be the second location for franchisee David Giffin along with Sugar Land Town Square.
A second 2,929-square-foot building near Aurora Street is available for lease.
Johnny's Gold Brick, located between Braun's two buildings, remains open.
