A partnership led by Braun Enterprises has purchased a West Loop office building as part of a strategy to acquire properties with little exposure to a single tenant.
Located at 6300 West Loop South in Bellaire, the 100,000-square-foot building was purchased out of foreclosure. It is 75 percent leased with an average tenant space of 1,800 square feet.
It sits across the Loop from 5909 and 5959 West Loop South — two similar office buildings Braun purchased in 2008.
The new owner plans on making upgrades over the next year to increase occupancy.
Russell Ingrum and Todd Casper from CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, and Dan Braun of Braun Enterprises represented the buyer.
