JAMES FITCH

James joined Braun Enterprises in 2007 to work with Gabriel and Dan on management, leasing and development. James has been pivotal to the company’s growth, as it evolved from the owner and manager of several light industrial projects to a full-service real estate development company. James leads a team in charge of the development process, which spans from property acquisition through stabilization. He is also responsible for the asset management of all existing investments.

James’ leadership and expertise have allowed the firm to execute an increasing number of complex re-development and ground-up development projects. His vision and attention to detail have allowed the company to successfully develop or reposition over 70 projects since he joined. He has demonstrated his ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously, including more than 10 major re-development or ground-up development projects that are currently underway.

James’ unique ability to find value in underutilized real estate has been key to the company’s growth. His passion for revitalizing properties that improve neighborhoods is a primary source of the company’s reputation for pro-community development, and is in turn part of what has made Braun Enterprises successful.

James graduated from the University of Houston as a dual major with B.B.A degrees in Management and Marketing. James played college football for both Texas Tech University and the University of Houston, earning student-athlete honors at both universities.

James holds his real estate license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. When time allows, he enjoys being outdoors and involved in activities such as hunting and fishing and spending time with his wife, Jessica and daughter, Ava.
