DEB NANDI

Deb joined Braun Enterprises as Chief Financial Officer in April 2016. With 20 years of finance, accounting, and auditing experience, Deb is responsible for all of the company’s financial and accounting matters, and is heavily involved in its general strategy and growth. Since joining Braun Enterprises, Deb has streamlined many of Braun Enterprises’ financial processes and upgraded its financial reporting. Since Deb joined the firm Braun Enterprises has had its most active period of acquisitions and dispositions since its inception.

Prior to joining Braun Enterprises, Deb spent 11 years at Perry Homes, a large, Houston based home builder, holding various positions including Vice President, Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure as the CFO, the company had record revenue and profit growth.

Deb began his professional career as an Audit Consultant for Deloitte & Touche and spent 7 years at the firm holding various positions including Audit Senior and Audit Manager. Deb managed audit engagements of various publicly traded and privately held companies in diverse industries including real estate, manufacturing and banking.

In his free time, Deb enjoys playing soccer, travelling, and spending time with his wife and his two sons.
